About us
Join a connected, multidisciplinary team at the Gladstone Integrated Service consisting of Adult Mental Health, Child and Youth Mental Health, Step‐Up‐Step‐Down and Alcohol and Other Drugs services. You'll be part of a collaborative model delivering specialised support to Gladstone and surrounding communities through assessment, case management, therapeutic care and recovery‐focused interventions.
You won't be working in isolation. The service partners closely with local hospitals, other mental health and Alcohol and Other Drugs teams, and community and primary health providers, creating a coordinated approach that supports recovery and delivers seamless care.
About the role
Step into a dynamic clinician role where you'll provide comprehensive, consumer‐focused mental health care – from assessment and triage through to care planning and therapeutic interventions. You'll work across services to ensure smooth transitions and connected support for consumers. This is your chance to work collaboratively, partnering with multidisciplinary teams, consumers, carers and stakeholders to promote recovery and deliver meaningful outcomes. Your voice will help shape service improvements too, using data and clinical indicators to strengthen quality care.
Expect variety and autonomy. Provide discipline‐specific clinical services including mental state and risk assessments, triage, care planning and therapy interventions. Contributing to outreach, you will support surrounding teams and be part of extended hours service delivery, expanding your experience while supporting communities across the region.
