Our team seeks an Admin Receptionist to support our Ballarat practice. As a key member, you will manage the front desk reception, greet patients, and provide administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet patients and welcome them into the Centre
* Collect and enter patient details into the database
* Schedule appointments (when required)
* Answer telephone calls and enquiries
* Provide administration support and perform other duties
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is beneficial but not essential.
