Role Overview
A visionary sales leader is required to spearhead the growth of Data Cloud & Agentforce in their respective region.
This role demands a strong technical background, deep expertise in data-driven solutions, and proven leadership in building high-performance sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales organization, attracting top talent and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
* Develop and implement a clear vision to exceed revenue targets, defining sales strategy, handling quotas, and identifying new growth opportunities across the region.
* Lead technical discovery sessions to understand clients' business challenges and showcase how Agentforce can deliver impact at scale.
* Establish strong executive relationships with key customer partners, aligning on long-term strategies and growth opportunities.
* Identify new opportunities within industry verticals, expand existing accounts, and explore new business channels, partnerships, and routes to market.
* Implement standard processes for forecasting, deal progression, and pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
* Drive forecast accuracy with a keen view on deal progression, sales stage verification, and pipeline coverage.
* Develop and drive AI consumption and adoption sales motion within your territory, ensuring customers realize the full potential of Agentforce's AI crafted solutions.
Qualifications
* A consistent track record in leading and scaling high-performance sales teams in fast-growth environments, focusing on hiring, retaining, and developing talent.
* Deep understanding of Data & AI concepts, machine learning, and Modern Data Architectures.
* Proven ability to exceed sales goals in highly technical sales environments.
* Strong executive presence, building long-term relationships with senior customers.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A history of consistently surpassing sales targets in technical sales environments.
* Experience selling Integration and/or SaaS highly advantageous.
