About Kaizen Supports
Kaizen Supports is a values-led disability services provider committed to delivering person-centred, high-quality support. We focus on building genuine relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and the wider community, while maintaining strong service and compliance standards within the NDIS environment.
Our aim is to grow in an ethical, sustainable manner while continuing to support people with disability in a way that reflects dignity, choice, and quality of care.
The Opportunity
Kaizen Supports is seeking an experienced NDIS Business Development Consultant to support growth through relationship building, referral development, and conversion of new business opportunities.
This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor engagement, not a salaried employee position. The successful person will work with a high degree of autonomy to identify and convert suitable opportunities aligned with Kaizen Supports’ services and values.
The role will particularly suit someone who already has established networks in the disability, health, community, or allied health sectors and is confident in generating leads, building trust, and supporting growth outcomes.

* Promote Kaizen Supports’ services in a professional and ethical manner
* Attend networking events, expos, forums, and stakeholder meetings where appropriate
* Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, conversions, and business development activity
* Work collaboratively with Kaizen Supports leadership regarding service suitability, intake capacity, and strategic growth priorities
* Ensure all representations about services, supports, and pricing are accurate and consistent with NDIS requirements and organisational expectations
About You
You are commercially minded, relationship-focused, and confident in the NDIS space. You understand that growth in disability services comes through credibility, trust, and sector knowledge.
You are self-directed and comfortable working independently, managing your own time, and using your existing network and initiative to generate opportunities.

* Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and participant journey

* Professional presentation and ability to represent Kaizen Supports appropriately in the community
Desirable
* Existing relationships with support coordinators, plan managers, hospitals, discharge teams, allied health providers, or community organisations
* Experience supporting growth for an NDIS provider
* Familiarity with SIL, respite, community access, support work, or related NDIS supports
* Experience using CRM or lead tracking systems
