About The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Representative to join a leading supplier in the automotive aftermarket industry. This field-based role, based in NSW, offers the chance to build strong relationships with distributors and resellers while driving sales growth and brand presence across the state. Duties

* Promote and sell a broad portfolio of automotive aftermarket products
* Drive new customer acquisition and exceed sales targets in line with annual budgets
* Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement strategic sales plans
* Establish and maintain productive customer relationships through regular field visits and CRM management
* Deliver sales presentations, product training, and marketing initiatives to distributor partners
* Support trade events, promotions, and product launches, including occasional after-hours commitments
* Provide timely feedback and market intelligence to management to inform business strategy
* Ensure customer access to promotional materials and support tools
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and meet distribution model requirements
* Uphold environmental health and safety standards and company policies

Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in field or phone-based sales, with a minimum of two years in the automotive aftermarket sector
* Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
* Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
* Ability to develop and execute effective sales plans
* High level of motivation, with excellent time management and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
* Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
* Sales training qualifications are advantageous
