The Role:
As a key member of the finance team, you will provide accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights to support business decision-making. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive operational efficiency and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports and forecasts, highlighting variances and trends.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with operations and finance teams to improve financial processes.
- Maintain and enhance ERP systems for accurate reporting.
- Utilise Power BI to deliver dashboards and visualisations for management.
About You:
- You will be CA/CPA qualified.
- Proven experience in management accounting, preferably within a commercial or corporate environment.
- Proficient in Power BI with the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Proven working knowledge of SAP, Pronto or similar ERP
- A strong ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
