In this key front-line role, you'll be the link between our valued customers and our skilled workshop team. You'll greet customers, understand their needs, explain the work to be done in a clear and friendly way, and make sure every job is costed accurately and completed to the highest standard.

Greet customers and understand their needs, acting as the link between customers and the workshop team
Explain required work in a clear and friendly manner
Ensure jobs are costed accurately and completed to the highest standard
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive workshop flow
Qualifications
A genuine ability to relate to people and build trust quickly
Mechanical knowledge or a willingness to learn so you can confidently explain vehicle issues and repairs
Strong administration and time management skills, including accurate job costing
A team player who takes pride in their work and keeps things running smoothly
A current driver's license (manual preferred)
