Job Coach Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Job Coach. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping the future for people looking for sustainable employment through our Disability Employment Services contract.
As a Job Coach, your primary responsibility will be to interact with job seekers at all stages of the employment placement journey and work closely with the team to deliver exceptional employment outcomes.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute tailored employment pathway plans
* Support job seekers to develop confidence and build skills to re-enter the workforce
* Adhere to government contractual requirements within a quality and compliance framework
* Post-placement support of job seekers and employers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Work with employers to manage employer vacancies
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in Arabic or Assyrian language
* Prior experience in the Employment Services Industry (highly desirable)
* Transferrable skills from Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service industry
* A passionate approach to finding people employment
* Business development experience (highly desirable)
* A resilient attitude with adaptability
* Ability to work full-time from the office (not a remote work arrangement)
