Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Drysdale, VIC for a Sales Associate at Harcourts Trends Real Estate. The responsibilities of this role include assisting with property sales, generating leads, conducting property viewings, managing client communications, and preparing sales documents and contracts. The Sales Associate will also support clients through the buying, selling, or rental processes while collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
* Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
* Knowledge of real estate practices, property market trends, and the sales process.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
* Proficiency in relevant technology and software tools for real estate processes.
* Relevant real estate certification or license in accordance with Australian regulations.
* Experience in real estate or sales is advantageous but not required.
* A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
