This close-knit, award winning architectural design practice has a focus on high-end residential, period restoration and small commercial projects. This studio encourages team members to develop their skills in their own areas of passion and expertise, working diligently from their inner south-east studio. Their strong pipeline of work with beautiful, bespoke high-end projects means they are looking for a Project Architect with proven residential experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead single private residential and boutique multi-res projects through all phases
* Work in a hands-on capacity in Revit whilst reviewing the teams' drawings
* Provide oversight and document construction progress to ensure milestones are met
* Can confidentially produce strong, complex documentation
Skills & Experience
* Master's degree qualification in Architecture
* Current Victorian ARBV Registration (preferably)
* Min years' experience, including leading the delivery of private-res
* High Revit proficiency
* Solid all-rounder abilities
* Technical, construction and detailing knowledge
* Solid communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effective
