As the Parts Manager, you will oversee daily operations and profitability of the parts department. Key responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, managing staffing levels, coaching the team, and evaluating current and future needs of the department.
You will work closely with the sales department to ensure support for new or changed models and updates. Additionally, you will be responsible for negotiating freight rates with suppliers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a well-presented and organized warehouse.
