The role
We are seeking expressions of interest from Senior Water Infrastructure engineers to join our Sydney business. The successful candidate will lead design teams, directly engage with clients and provide senior technical oversight whilst supporting the team's growth and capability development. This role offers a blend of technical delivery, project leadership and the opportunity to shape a team and mentor junior engineers.
With a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent, plus a minimum of 15+ years of relevant industry experience, this role will include:
* Carry out concept and detailed engineering design tasks for water and wastewater related infrastructure, including networks and/or treatment facilities.
* Provide project and/or technical leadership over multi-disciplinary design teams
* Collaborate with clients and other technical discipline leads to ensure integrated solutions
* Build engineering capabilities across the team, playing a key role in mentoring and coaching emerging professionals
* Contribute to the preparation of proposals, business development and maintaining positive client relationships
* Inspire innovation and sustainable project outcomes, drawing on and contributing to industry best practice.
With a track record of achievement, you will have preferably gained your experience in an engineering design consultancy and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change.
