We're looking for an engineer who is passionate about designing and delivering control systems that keep the world moving toward a greener future and thrives on big challenges in the renewable energy sector. In this role you'll collaborate with engineers, project managers and clients to bring automation solutions from design through commissioning and handover. You'll work hands-on with
control systems
and apply your expertise to support large-scale renewable energy installations.
The ideal candidate has experience in the renewables space and can deliver results on large, multifaceted projects. You'll be comfortable programming and configuring control systems, troubleshooting on the fly, and leading commissioning activities for major sites. Strong communication is essential as you'll be the go-to technical advisor and will work closely with clients to meet their needs at every stage.
About You
2-10 years experience in automation engineering or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of PLC and SCADA programming/configuration.
Proficient in AutoCAD for electrical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Relationship builder with a customer service focus.
Demonstrated time management skills.
Current driver's license.
(Desirable) Certified Practicing Engineer accreditation.
(Desirable) Experience with Historian and MES systems.
