About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Duty Manager to oversee daily floor operations at Pepe's on the Beach. You'll ensure smooth service, support and mentor the FOH team, and guarantee every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. This is a hands-on role for a hospitality professional ready to step into a leadership position in a casual, coastal restaurant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise FOH operations and ensure polished service delivery
* Lead, support, and mentor the FOH team during shifts
* Assist with staff training, onboarding, and professional development
* Manage guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally
* Collaborate with the kitchen and management to maintain high standards
* Ensure compliance with RSA, safety procedures, and venue policies
About You:
* Previous experience as a Supervisor, Duty Manager, or Senior F&B Attendant in a restaurant or hotel setting
* Confident in leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Passion for creating memorable guest experiences
* RSA certification
