Job Title: Aquatic Operations Coordinator
This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a lifeguard team, ensuring the highest level of safety and service delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating lifeguard rosters, leading and coaching a team, hazard prevention, and ensuring operational compliance with policies and procedures.
* The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, excellent verbal communication skills, sound knowledge of work health and safety legislative guidelines, evacuation procedures, first aid certification (Level 2), current CPR certificate,
National Police Check and Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate are must-haves; while pool plant operators certification is highly regarded.
Demonstrated experience in managing plant rooms & pools operation along with ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends required. Being part-time available also preferred as well as willingness to complete any additional training within six months needed.
