As the Customer Experience Excellence Lead, you will be responsible for championing a customer-first culture, inspiring teams, and designing seamless customer journeys across all digital and physical touchpoints. You will lead the Customer Experience team to deliver high-quality and efficient customer service, working closely with Service Managers to develop, implement, and evaluate a continuous improvement program of customer service across all Council services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading the Customer Experience team to achieve excellent customer outcomes
* Championing a customer-first culture across the organization
* Designing and implementing seamless customer journeys across all digital and physical touchpoints
* Working closely with Service Managers to develop, implement, and evaluate a continuous improvement program of customer service
* Driving innovation and excellence in customer experience
