Infrastructure Safety Improvement Initiative
The Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program is a vital initiative for infrastructure safety improvement. As a key component of this program, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of projects to ensure successful outcomes within time, quality, cost, and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the development and ongoing management of project management plans to deliver QTRIP projects efficiently.
* Provide effective leadership to internal and external resources engaged in various programs.
* Be accountable for ensuring performance management systems are in place and effective in supporting the delivery of individual projects and the program as a whole.
* Evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of projects and determine changes to processes to achieve continuous improvements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards, policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements necessary to support responsible decisions and quality of outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with other project owners and managers to deliver complex cross-boundary projects.
* Provide expert advice and guidance on contractual management, issues resolution, monitoring of key outcomes, and contract performance.
