About the Role

As the most senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Assistant Manager to develop and coach the team to deliver outstanding store results. Your role will involve:

* Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and achieve monthly targets

* Coaching and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge

* Partnering with the Assistant Manager to manage store operations and achieve business objectives

Requirements
">
To succeed in this role, you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in the home living category
">
* A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business results

* Excellent customer service and communication skills

* A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating beautiful home environments
