The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‐quality merchandising and in‐store execution.
This is a permanent part‐time position (32 hours per week between Monday to Friday), and we're flexible across either 4 or 5 days.
The role is field‐based and involves travelling throughout the territory to service a designated customer base each day.
The territory covers the Greensborough, Coburg, and Heidelberg areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
* Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
* Lead in‐store activations to support promotions and campaigns
* Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
* Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
* Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
* A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
* You will need access to your own vehicle between Monday to Friday to fulfil the role
* Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
* Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
* Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
* Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
