Role Description
This is a full-time (7/7 roster) for a Field Service Electrician – Mining, based in Moranbah, QLD. The role involves performing electrical maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting for mining equipment and systems. The Field Service Electrician will work with electrical designs, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide technical support in a dynamic and challenging mining environment.
Qualifications
* Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical Work, Electricity, and Electrical Engineering
* Expertise in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including equipment diagnostics
* Proficient Troubleshooting abilities in mining or industrial electrical systems
* Ability to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
* Relevant trade qualifications as an Electrician or in Electrical Engineering
* Previous experience in the mining or heavy industrial sector is highly regarded
* Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
* Willingness to work on-site in Moranbah, QLD
