What You Will Be Doing
As an HR Coordinator, you will support the Senior HRBP with onboarding and integration of new employees, as well as broader HR support across Medlogs workforce. Youll manage recruitment, coordinate compliance and mobilisation processes, act as a key contact for new starters and managers, and provide day-to-day HR administration, reporting, and support for employee lifecycle and integration activities in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Need
Experience in HR or recruitment coordinationExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsComfortable working with operational leaders and frontline staffHR qualifications or recruitment agency experience (preferred)Experience in logistics, transport, or industrial sectors (advantageous)Full working rights in Australia
