* Support teams in developing and applying innovative, practical solutions to complex hydraulic challenges.
* Provide high‐level input into hydraulic assessments, modelling strategies, and planning approaches to ensure effective and sustainable system performance.
* Contribute to the evaluation and optimisation of water and sewerage networks across a range of operating environments.

3. Client Engagement and Business Growth

* Build strong relationships with key clients, utilities, and councils across Australia and New Zealand.
* Identify new opportunities and support business development.
* Lead proposal development and client presentations for asset management‐related services.
* Represent DWS in industry forums, technical committees, and professional networks.

4. Mentorship and Capability Building

* Undertake senior‐level technical reviews of project deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
* Champion quality assurance practices that maintain and strengthen Digital Water Solutions' reputation for technical excellence.

About You

* Highly self‐motivated with the ability to work autonomously while providing guidance and direction to others.
* Adaptable and open to continuous learning, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and industry developments.
* Strong problem‐solving capability, able to apply sound, practical technical judgement to complex challenges and support teams in meeting key deadlines.
* Confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
* Approachable and collaborative, contributing positively to a supportive team environment and fostering a culture of trust, respect, and shared success.
