With a collaborative, solutions-focused team and a strong pipeline of work, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join their Robina-based team.
About the Role
* This is a hands-on role managing the commercial and contractual administration of 3–4 boutique townhouse and apartment projects. You'll liaise with subcontractors, manage head contract claims, oversee cost tracking, and ensure projects are running on time and within budget.
