About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing safe and contemporary clinical nursing care to residents within the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency's scope of practice. This will involve compiling resident histories, identifying care needs during admissions and ongoing assessments, maintaining accurate documentation, developing and implementing resident care plans, and assisting with direct clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
* Compile resident histories and identify care needs during admissions and ongoing assessments
* Maintain accurate documentation reflecting care delivery
* Develop and implement resident care plans as directed
* Assist with direct clinical care, including personal hygiene, massage therapy, pain management, and GP rounds
