Based in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, we're looking for a Customer Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high-value projects from cutting-edge data centres to energy infrastructure, combining Schneider Electric's global supply chain with digital innovation.
What you'll do
* Lead large, multi-technology projects across APAC, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes
* Coordinate with global Schneider factories and suppliers for integrated MV/LV, automation, and digital solutions
* Manage subcontractors, vendors, and customer relationships across design, procurement, and execution phases
* Identify and manage project risks, changes and claims
* Ensure compliance with Schneider's Customer Project Process and contractual obligations
* Provide expert input to sales, tendering, and peer project managers
What you bring
* 8+ years' experience managing complex, high-profile industrial or infrastructure projects
* Experience managing complex O&G, multi-technology / data centre projects
* Experience with offshore manufacturing, global procurement, and construction integration
* PMP certification (or ability to achieve it within 12 months)
* Proven stakeholder engagement up to executive levels
* Great commercial, contract, and financial acumen
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally on an ad hoc basis
* Work on some of the most advanced infrastructure and energy projects in APAC
