About the Sustainability Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Manager to drive our sustainability goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring your ideas and work with key stakeholders and projects across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sustainability Strategy Implementation: Manage and drive the implementation and delivery of our sustainability strategy, working closely with project teams across the business.
* Sustainability Performance Measurement: Measure and report on sustainability performance through analysis and deliver your interpretation to stakeholders.
* Net Zero Strategy Development: Assist in developing a net zero strategy and setting achievable science-based sustainability targets for implementation in collaboration with business units and functional teams.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong internal and external relationships and understand their needs to achieve best practice outcomes and support the achievement of sustainability objectives.
* Sustainability Reporting: Coordinate submissions and reporting for benchmarking, including SBTi, National Greenhouse Emissions Reporting scheme (NGERs) and other client reports.
About You
We are looking for someone with considerable experience in ESG/sustainability, strategy development and implementation, and sustainable business communications. Your skills and qualifications should include:
* Experience in Sustainability Strategy Development: A proven track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
* Strong Stakeholder Engagement Skills: Ability to build trusted, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Project Management Skillset: Experience managing multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously.
* Sustainability Qualifications: Relevant qualifications or certifications in sustainability or environmental management.
