We’re seeking a passionate, experienced, and dynamic
Nursery Room Leader
to join our Pascoe Vale team. This leadership role is ideal for an educator who thrives in inquiry-based environments, values professional collaboration, and is committed to delivering high-quality early childhood education and care.
You’ll be leading a dedicated toddler teaching team and supporting a centre-wide vision focused on meaningful relationships, intentional learning, and exceeding the National Quality Standards.

We’re looking for a Room Leader who:
Holds a
Diploma
or
Bachelor Degree
in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
Has strong knowledge and experience in
inquiry-based teaching and learning
Brings warmth, confidence, and leadership to their team
Thrives in a collaborative and reflective learning culture
Is committed to nurturing meaningful connections with children, families, and community
Has a sound understanding of the
Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
and
National Quality Standards (NQS)
Holds a current
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
