Successful Personal Bankers are committed to providing excellent client experiences, understanding and promoting bank products and services, conducting accurate transactions in a fast-paced environment, and working collaboratively to meet goals.
Responsibilities
Provide fast, easy, and personalized service, resolving problems, building relationships, handling special requests, greeting clients warmly, and ensuring follow-through.
Promote banking products and services using direct sales techniques, engaging clients in conversations about their banking needs and knowledgeably discussing bank offerings.
Achieve sales goals on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Develop and maintain relationships with business partners to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Open checking and savings accounts, process transactions, and recommend other products like credit cards and loans.
Demonstrate digital banking expertise by educating clients and associates on online banking, mobile apps, and self-service channels.
Refer products and services to other business lines, working closely with clients and partners.
Educate clients on banking services, resolve concerns efficiently, and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standards.
Protect client and bank information, adhere to confidentiality policies, and follow all communication protocols.
Implement banking center operations procedures, including cash management, audits, and compliance documentation.
Maintain current knowledge of regulations and policies, including BSA and OFAC requirements, through regular training.
Work during scheduled hours, including at the worksite, and perform other duties as assigned.
Compensation & Benefits
The position starts at a minimum of $16.50 per hour and may include additional incentive compensation based on performance.
