About the Role
This position involves managing maintenance costs incurred after vehicle delivery, providing accurate information, and resolving daily operational queries within agreed timeframes.
* Approve maintenance and repair requests from suppliers.
* Ensure services meet manufacturer requirements.
* Oversee repairs in compliance with CoR and Health and Safety standards.
* Collaborate with external suppliers to support and enhance EVO portal usage.
* Assist customers with maintenance inquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel mechanics, effective communication skills, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities
1. Manage maintenance costs and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with external suppliers to optimize EVO portal usage.
3. Provide technical support and guidance to customers on maintenance-related issues.
4. Ensure all work is conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Qualified Diesel Mechanic
* Effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with good listening and probing skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, resourceful, persistent, and responsible
