What we're looking for
* Proven experience in business development, sales or account management in advertising, media, retail or FMCG.
* Strong commercial acumen and a track record of measurable revenue results.
* Existing networks or experience working with retailers, supplier/partner ecosystems or large-scale clients.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Self-starter mentality, resilience and entrepreneurial energy — excited to help launch and grow a new office.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, client-first agency environment.
