We're on the lookout for an experienced Workforce Planner to join our Site Services team in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting shutdown, rostered and project delivery, and ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing
* Building and managing workforce schedules that meet shutdown and project requirements while optimising labour costs.
* Partnering with managers and HR to forecast staffing needs, source talent, and support onboarding.
* Assisting with payroll, timesheets, training, inductions, and accommodation bookings for our site workforce.
* Analysing workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
* Implementing processes and strategies that streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
* Communicating plans and updates effectively across multiple stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* 3–5 years' experience in workforce planning, resource management, or a similar role within the mining industry.
* A true team player with a friendly, approachable manner when working with colleagues, management, and site crews.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of the business.
* Proven ability to design and implement processes that improve efficiency.
* Highly organised with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with workforce management software (MS Projects, JAQ, Simpro, Workday, or similar).
