Reporting to senior national leadership, you will take ownership of Victorian operations, overseeing warehouse and processing performance, leading onsite teams, and ensuring compliance with data security, environmental, and safety standards while also leading projects. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end warehouse and processing operations across Victoria. Manage and develop a mid-sized team, fostering a high-performance culture. Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and process standardisation. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and data security requirements. Oversee logistics, transport coordination, and scheduling. Act as a key operational contact for clients, managing service delivery and escalations Manage budgets, costs, and vendor relationships.
