The Role
We are seeking a fully licensed and practising lawyer to join our firm. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional looking for flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow with the firm.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and advise clients primarily in migration and family law matters
* Handle select corporate and commercial law files as required
* Prepare legal documentation, submissions, and court filings
* Represent clients before relevant tribunals and courts (where applicable)
* Maintain high professional and ethical standards
* Contribute to the growth and development of the firm
About You
* Fully licensed lawyer eligible to practise in South Australia or Australia
* Strong experience in migration law and/or family law (corporate law experience is an advantage but not essential)
* Excellent communication and client management skills
* Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload
* Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term career growth
* Commitment to professionalism and client-focused service

Pay: $85,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
