About the Role:
* The Lead Kitchen Team Member will be responsible for directing daily kitchen operations, reporting updates and challenges to management.
* Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest concerns promptly and communicating feedback to management.
* Collaborate with management to implement improvements based on guest feedback and enhance overall dining experiences.
* Evaluate and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any issues or concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct and coordinate daily kitchen activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting productivity goals.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
* Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to ensure staff meet expectations.
Requirements:

* Licenced to work in Australia
