Join a first tier bank within their Business Lending team, assisting business customers with Home Lending and Small Business Loans. You will be working amongst a driven and experienced team of lenders who strive to deliver excellence for each clients throughout the lending cycle.
Role Overview
As a Business Home Lender, you will guide and assist business clients with their Residential lending needs from initial interview until settlement. Being able to build strong relationships and referral networks, to create opportunities for success through business development will be your forte.
Skills & Experience
3+ years experience within Residential Lending.
Proven track record of success within Residential Lending.
The ability to build strong relationships with both clients and referral partners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication sills.
In-depth understanding of residential loan structures.
Strong stakeholder management and expectation management.
