Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across labour hire and construction support scopes
- Manage workforce mobilisation, allocation, and project delivery
- Lead recruitment, planning, and team coordination
- Drive safety, compliance, and quality across all projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
Preferred Requirements
- Proven leadership in labour hire, construction, or civil contracting
- Commercial and mining sector experience is essential
- Strong understanding of site compliance, mobilisation, and WHS systems (CM3, Avetta, ISO etc.)
