Job Title:
A motivated and organized Coordinator is sought to support the execution of marketing and event activities across the APAC region.
This role will assist in setting up webinars, uploading leads, coordinating logistics for events, and supporting campaign execution.
This is a hands-on opportunity ideal for someone in their early marketing career who is detail-oriented and organized.
About This Role:
* Assist in the coordination and execution of webinars and virtual events using platforms like On24.
* Support logistics for in-person events including venue booking, catering, AV coordination, and merchandise.
* Manage event registration lists and attendee communications.
* Help prepare event materials such as name tags, signage, and presentation decks.
* Support in pre-event briefings with key stakeholders pre-events.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of timely marketing materials.
* Assist in maintaining the marketing calendar and schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload and manage leads into CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
* Support email marketing campaigns using Pardot and Salesforce.
* Assist in social media scheduling and content creation.
* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing assets.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
