Travel Consultant
This is a unique travel role for an experienced Travel Consultant. Differing from anything within the Travel Industry. Joining our PayTravel team, you will be the primary point of contact to clients for everything travel related, whether that is pre, post or during.

With an ever-growing client base, we offer our customers the opportunity to book travel using their dedicated pay reward points. As part of the team you will assist client base in organising travel arrangements, ensuing their travel experiences is seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities

* Manage end‑to‑end leisure travel bookings for clients including air, accommodation, ground transport, and ancillary services, ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
* Provide expert advice on complex domestic and international itineraries to optimise cost, efficiency, and traveller experience.
* Respond promptly to travel enquiries, changes, cancellations, and emergency situations, delivering high‑quality service under time‑sensitive conditions.
* Use SABRE GDS, Tramada and online booking tools to accurately create, modify, and bookings.
* Proactively identify cost‑saving opportunities and recommend preferred suppliers in line with corporate agreements.
* Maintain accurate traveller profiles, booking records, and documentation in accordance with company and compliance standards.
* Liaise with airlines, hotels, and third‑party suppliers to resolve issues and negotiate outcomes for clients.
* Build strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their travel needs.
* Stay up to date with airline rules, fare structures, visa requirements, and industry changes.

About You

* 5+ years of py67mj5r4eroven experience as a Travel Consultant in leisure travel. Additionally having experience in corporate travel is highly regarded.
* Strong knowledge of domestic and international airfare construction, ticketing, reissues, and exchanges.
* Proficiency in GDS systems - Sabre and corporate online booking tools.
* Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
* High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance, accuracy, and quality.
* Confident communicator who can build rapport with corporate clients and internal stakeholders.
* Resilient and solutions‑focused, particularly when handling disruptions and urgent travel changes.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* A professional and proactive approach, with a commitment to delivering a seamless corporate travel experience.
