Experis is looking for a credible senior 360 IT recruitment professional who can hit the ground running, is passionate about delivering exceptional client solutions and is keen to build their career with the resources, training and support of a genuine global leader. You will be managing a national Cyber recruitment desk placing temp and perm professionals out in the market. Cyber has been worked on previously, but this role will allow you to really make your mark within Cyber at ManpowerGroup!

The Role
* Your role will be to manage a desk for contract and permanent cyber placements in IT recruitment nationally
* Develop new business through consistent sales activity and maintain IT industry networks and your personal brand
* Developing and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients
* Map the market and create a comprehensive sales plan
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checking
* Build a strong pipeline of cyber candidates to ensure timely and effective placement of open roles
* Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients and candidates
* Keep up to date with market trends and changes in the IT recruitment industry
* Collaborate with other recruiters and stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for clients and candidates
What are we looking for in you?
* You are a current, experienced agency 360 cyber recruiter ( New business development and candidate management) with established IT networks
* Drive for success, sales activity and client delivery
* Desire and willingness to keep learning about Cyber to stay relevant in the market
* Structured in your approach to work
* Ability to introduce and manage innovative staffing solutions
* Able to communicate with clients at all levels (lower skilled roles to C Suite)
* Demonstrated experience of winning new clients and further developing existing ones
* Solid organisational skills and credibility
