Are you a natural-born leader looking to support and guide a dedicated team of educators in a Centre Leadership role? We are looking for an experienced Assistant Director to join our team from the start of July, 2026.

As the Assistant Director, your role is key to building a positive, warm, fun, and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across everything we do! You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team in line with best practice.

Day to day, you can:

7. Work alongside our National Learning, Research and Development Partners to provide the support and guidance to your teams across all things Pedagogy, including areas like Inclusion Support, Wellbeing and Sustainability

About You:

19. At least 12 months experience as an Assistant Director or Centre Director
20. Knowledge and experience with QikKids and StoryPark (or similar equivalent platforms)
21. A current ACECQA‐approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification
22. Current and State‐relevant Working with Children's Check
23. Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
24. Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
25. National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
26. Proda ID and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
27. Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
