Permanent Part Time - NowraAbout the Role Supported Independent Living (SIL) is supporting people with disability in shared housing or in their own home, providing various supports including personal care and daily living assistance.
This is a permanent part time position only, full availability for at least one of the lines listed below.

Key Responsibilities Offer opportunities for choice, self-expression, and active involvement across all facets of our daily care servicesFollow personalised support and behaviour plans while assisting clients with daily living activities and encouraging community engagementTrack and document an individual's progress through thorough record-keepingProviding support to clients who have complex needs or challenging behavioursSkills & Experience An unrestricted New South Wales driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicleCommitted to work flexible work hours across the week, including public holidaysAbility to use basic technology and software on a mobile and desktopA current First Aid and CPR CertificateSuccessful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
