Rostering Clerk / Workforce Coordinator
Rate: $45-50 an hour plus Super
Type: Ongoing Contract
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 38hr week, flexible start and finish times
Location: Mayfield - On-site parking available
Your new role
As Workforce Coordinator, your daily activities would include:
* Planning of staff rosters, ensuring adequate staffing levels, maintaining and updating rosters
* Assisting with general and payroll enquiries relating to rosters, interpreting awards
* Engaging with staff and agencies to fill roster vacancies
* Compliance and onboarding for new staff
* Manage inboxes, following up queries in a timely manner
* Adhoc administration tasks as required
What you'll need to succeed
* Previous experience in a rostering or workforce coordinator or similar role is essential
* Previous experience in Healthcare or Aged Care is highly desirable
* Tech-savvy, able to pick up new software quickly
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Adaptability and resilience. Able to follow processes but, when suitable, shift focus and go with the flow
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with your team
