Job Description
Now is your opportunity to be part of the Pillow Talk Fabric by joining us in the Retail Inventory Lead role at our Jindalee store. We are seeking an experienced stock handler who is self-motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about stock integrity. If you are highly accurate, enjoy partnering with a leadership team, and aim to maximise efficiencies across stock receiving and stock-to-floor processes, this role may be for you.
A Bit About You
* Inventory and stock-receiving experience, preferably in a high-volume retail environment
* Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
* Highly developed organisational skills and time management
* Strong communicator and self-motivated, with the ability to inspire others with best stock and inventory practices
* Solutions-driven, able to challenge the status quo and provide efficient processes
* Ability to multitask, resilient through change, and able to bounce back from setbacks
* Self-aware and open to personal and professional development
* Personable, confident, and able to develop strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Ability to lift and process products up to 20 kg
