* What you'll be doing
o Assisting with functions and weddings, including setup, service, and pack-down
o Working at our cellar door, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
o Supporting accommodation and housekeeping services
o Participating in general administration and front-of-house duties
o Contributing to a team that values professionalism, presentation, and customer care
* What we're looking for
o A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
o Excellent customer service and communication skills
o Ability to work well in a team and take initiative
o Must hold a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
o Physically fit – role includes lifting and venue/event setup
o Available to work full-time, Wednesday to Sunday
o Flexibility for evening and late-night shifts when functions are on
