Full-Time Guest Service Agent

At voco Melbourne Central, we create warm, memorable stays through genuine connections and thoughtful service. We're looking for a Full-Time Guest Service Agent who can also support valet parking operations.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Delivering a friendly, seamless check-in and check-out experience
* Assisting guests with enquiries, requests, hotel amenities, hotel services and local recommendations
* Supporting valet parking operations, including parking and retrieving guest vehicles
* Coordinating guest arrivals and departures with care and efficiency
* Working closely with Housekeeping and other departments to enhance guest experiences
* Handling guest concerns professionally and promptly
What we're looking for:
* Previous hotel front office or customer service experience preferred
* Confident driving ability with a full, unrestricted driver license (preferred)
* Previous experience with Opera PMS
* Professional presentation and strong communication skills
* A proactive, guest-focused mindset
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

Pay: $26.70 – $33.38 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
