The Role
Deliver superior shareholder returns by maximising the share of spend with existing and new customers across NSW.
Operate the state as efficiently as possible, ensuring ongoing support of preferred vendor relationships and promotional initiatives.
Develop strategies to deliver results and outperform the market, through effective leadership, whilst embodying the company's vision and values.
A sales budget of over $200m and with 7 direct reports for you to lead and guide to continued success.
50+ branches under your direct leadership.
Major Tasks & Responsibilities
Regular travel across NSW to show on-the-ground leadership to your staff.
Transmit the key business objectives across the 50+ branches and approximately 300 staff.
Focus on staff development. Growing the team in terms of headcount but also crucially, their skill and career development.
Managing a multi-branch business structure.
Stakeholder management.
A highly experienced business leader.
A proven communicator at all levels; someone able to transmit policies, values and goals across a business.
Experienced at managing a multi-branch business model.
Trade Retail experience would be an advantage.
Comfortable and proven with another business that enjoys its challenger or underdog status

Excellent salary package of up to $250k base salary + vehicle + super + bonus of 30% of your salary.
