Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description
This role offers a broad scope with multiple responsibilities. You will support the project lead in executing contract and workforce management duties, respond promptly to Commonwealth requests, coordinate requirement-setting workshops, monitor workforce performance, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Supporting contract and workforce management duties
o Responding to Commonwealth requests and coordinating requirement-setting workshops
o Monitoring workforce performance and delivery progress
o Managing onboarding/offboarding processes and integration of staff into client environments
You will also be responsible for reviewing CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing end-to-end candidate onboarding processes. To succeed in this role, you will need excellent time management and attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently once familiar with the role and processes.
