Purpose of the Role
BGIS is seeking a detail-oriented Planning & Scheduling Analyst to play a critical role in ensuring timely planning and scheduling of Preventive Maintenance (PM) activities in a healthcare facilities environment, in accordance with operational and client requirements.
Reporting directly to the Planning & Scheduling Manager, you will work collaboratively with our healthcare client and BGIS teams to oversee and continuously enhance the effectiveness of PM schedules and planning tools, driving a culture of compliance, operational effectiveness, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and schedule all Preventive Maintenance (PM) works, ensuring compliance with timelines and operational requirements.
* Collect and analyse data to support planning and decision-making related to PM activities.
* Prepare and present reports on planning metrics, PM work schedules, and performance indicators.
* Develop and maintain forecasts and projections for PM tasks.
* Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of PM scheduling.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance and operational staff, to ensure all necessary data is gathered for accurate scheduling.
* Communicate PM schedules and planning findings to team members and management.
* Assist in managing projects related to planning and scheduling.
* Maintain records of PM planning activities and decisions.
Skills and Experience:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and vendors.
* Experience working with large datasets to support planning, scheduling, or operational coordination activities.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other scheduling tools, including advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple schedules and tasks accurately.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organisational, time management, and prioritisation skills.
* Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination roles within PM works, facilities management, or related industries.
* Experience in the healthcare industry or facilities management.
* Diploma or Certificate qualification in business administration or demonstrated equivalent experience.
