Professional Recruitment Consultant
At Alexander Appointments, we are seeking an experienced Professional Recruitment Consultant to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client consultation through to candidate placement across a variety of professional sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be expected to harness your relationship management expertise and business development skills to build and maintain strong partnerships with both new and existing clients, uncover new business opportunities, and help drive revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
* Engage deeply with clients to understand their business needs and design sourcing strategies.
* Source, screen and present quality candidates, guiding them through the hiring process.
* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to daily team huddles focused on continuous improvement.
* Build long-term relationships and proactively pipeline talent for future opportunities.
* Contribute insights and ideas that enhance our recruitment processes and client experience.
Requirements:
* Proven success in end-to-end recruitment delivery, ideally with successful business development experience.
* Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
* Ability to identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities.
* Organisational skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
* A collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
* Experience with recruitment software and MS Office applications.
