Position

Construction & Operations APAC > Construction AUNZ

As Project Manager, you'll guide large‐scale wind farm projects from late‐stage development into execution, working closely with engineering, logistics, commercial, and construction teams across Australia.

Location: Melbourne, Victoria

Responsibilities

* Lead end‐to‐end project delivery across scope, cost, schedule, risk, and quality.
* Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.
* Manage contracts, variations, claims, and overall commercial performance.
* Implement project plans covering HSE, quality, logistics, and execution readiness.
* Provide delivery insights to support project development, approvals, and planning.

Qualifications

* Tertiary qualification in an engineering or commercial discipline, construction or project management, or another discipline related to construction, infrastructure, or energy.
* Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Six Sigma) are advantageous.
* Candidates with other qualifications may be considered with substantial, directly relevant project management experience.
* Minimum 5 years' project management experience in major infrastructure or energy.
* Around 10 years' post‐graduate industry experience, ideally within including construction environments.
* Strong commercial, contract and risk management capabilities.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‐building skills.
* Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, and resources.
